Virtual WiFi do not work after restart ?

hi i installed virtual wifi router yesterday. at first it worked very well. but today it doesn't work. it starts virtual wifi but i can't connect to it via my phone. (my phone is lumia 520) please help if you know what is wrong... thanks...
